Definitions

“You” identifying you as an individual or any company to legal entity you are legally representing.

“User” identifying any visitors to the website or services CallTranslate provides.

“Customers” identifying register users that are going to use services provided by CallTranslate.

“Translators” identifying third party contractors providing interpretations/translations for CallTranslate.

“Service” identifying websites, services, apps, or ay related technology provided to the Customers and Translators.

“Orders” identifying any orders for services created by a Customer through our technology (wether it be through website or related technology).

“TOS” Identifying CallTranslate Terms of Service.

Using our services you agree to:

By creating an account or anything associates with our service (such as being the third person entering a thruway call) you are agreeing to our TOS. You are also agreeing to being over the age of 18.

By using our service you are agreeing to have read, understood, acknowledge, and agree with out TOS and conditions, as well as any additional rules or policies.

These TOS, conditions, rules, and policies supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We may revised at anytime on our website and is our responsibility to check for updates.

If you do not agree with our TOS please do not use our services.

To create an account you must provide CallTranslate with: first and last name, billing address, city, state, country, postal code, and e-mail address.

Knowingly falsifying any of the required information will result in the terminations or suspension of your account with or without prior notice.

When placing an order you are agreeing to our flat rate fee of $1.49 per minute.

  1. User conduct

You acknowledge and agree that all messages, data, texts, informations, and other materials gathered to provide you with our service, wether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are sole responsibility of the person which the content was created. Concluding that the Customer, not CallTranslate, is completely responsible for content that you transmit or post via our service. By agreeing to our TOS you are agreeing that CallTranslate will be completely omitted from the responsibility and liability of any errors, omissions, loss of damage, of any kind incurred as a result of the use of contents.

You agree to not use our Service or name to:

  • Upload any content that is threatening, unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or invasive to another person or lawful entity's privacy or public rapport.
  • Impersonate a CallTranslate contractor, officials of a private or public lawful entity, or person.
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any laws on a federal, state, local, or international level; including but not limited to regulations enforced by law.
  • Gather and store any personal information on any user or contractor
  1. Misuse of your account

With or without notice, CallTranslate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason they deem necessary.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to emancipate CallTranslate and its contractors from any and all liabilities, losses, claims, costs, expenses, damages, demands, judgments, lines, & executions including reasonable attorneys fees and costs brought upon anyone.

  1. Ownership of data

By using our service you are starting you have permission to transmit or upload the data provided to CallTranslate and our contractors.

  1. Accuracy on data/information submitted to CallTranslate

You solely hold responsibility for the accuracy of any and all information submitted to CallTranslate. You agree to not infringe or copyright any information uploaded to CallTranslate. Upload any content without consent of any other person or entity without proper consent, as we will assume you hold necessary consent from the proper positions in power.

  1. Violations and failures

CallTranslate holds all rights to suspend, hold, and terminate any and all accounts that are deemed necessary by proper officials of CallTranslate. This is not limited to any any breach in TOS, privacy policies, rules, or regulations set in place by CallTranslate at any time.

  1. Representations and Warranties

The Customer will be legally and solely responsible for any information provided to CallTranslate. Our service is provided “as is” and “as needed” bases with no representation or warranties.

  1. Limited Liability

You recognize that CallTranslate is a reseller, therefore releasing any liability of contractors or any personnel providing their services under our name.

  1. Release

In the event that you have a dispute with anyone while using our service, you herby acknowledge and release CallTranslate of any claims, demands, and damages of any disputes.
